We start with a conversation where we try to capture the basic outline of the project. We work out the key factors - the design, the budget and the timeframe, and then we develop this into a detailed design and quote. As part of this process, the materials and various options will be discussed so that you can make an informed decision before any work is committed to.

Once the design meets your criteria and the order is made, the materials are ordered. Depending on the design details, key timelines and other factors (such as other trades that may be required) will be clearly communicated, so that disruption is minimised.

We also check our products thoroughly before they leave our factory to ensure that everything arrives on site, on time and in good condition, so that the whole process finishes in a top quality result.
